- How much time you can stay without using your device.
If you can clearly find the answers to these questions then there it is your time.
Have you ever thought that you are just spending too much time on your device?
You will lose nothing if you cannot look at your device for an hour. The notifications on your device popping up saying someone mentioned you in a comment can be answered even after some time. And they are not that important or worthy to attend all.
I will tell you one thing to spend all of your days in the office and in the evening when you reach home you open your social media accounts and there it is hours of time on it. Gone in moments.
Take your time interacting with people. Take some rest. Relax for some time. Involve in other things.
Give your mind some space to think. It needs some time to rest. If you need to get rid of all those piping notifications. Take a casual walk with someone a friend or your wife or children outside.

I suggest you keep your device silent for some time or keep it in another room for some time.
